The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that https://www.craveit.la have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, https://www.craveit.la will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Site Contents & Copyrights
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Crave It Sdn Bhd.

Comments and Feedbacks

All comments and feedbacks to https://www.craveit.la will remain Crave It Sdn Bhd's property. 
 
User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the https://www.craveit.la that will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's or content submitted.   

Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.    

Newsletter
User shall agree that https://www.craveit.la may send newsletters regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.    

Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold https://www.craveit.la harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.    

Link to other sites
Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. https://www.craveit.la will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.       

Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on https://www.craveit.la that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy”.    

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until terminated either by the customer or https://www.craveit.la. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://www.craveit.la may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.       

Shipping, Cancellation and Refund    
For more information on order changes, order cancellations, returns, refunds and our shipping and delivery terms, please check out “Shipping, Cancellation Refund Policy”.       

Orders    
Orders can be made no later than 4 hours before your delivery time. Our cut-off times for ordering are below: LUNCH: 9am (for 12pm - 1pm delivery slot) & 10am for (1pm - 2pm delivery slot) DINNER: 1pm (for 4.30pm – 5.30pm delivery slot) & 2pm for (5.30pm – 6.30pm delivery slot)    

Processing of your order will begin immediately after your order payment is made, verified, and confirmed.     
Orders will be delivered within your chosen delivery time. Our delivery times are below: 
LUNCH: 12pm - 1pm and 1pm - 2pm 
DINNER: 4.30pm - 5.30pm and 5.30pm - 6.30pm    

For self-pick up option, you are encouraged to drop us a message with our customer service representative to let us know your ETA. Pick up times for lunch and dinner are below: 
LUNCH PICKUP TIME: 11am-2pm 
LUNCH PICKUP LOCATION: G-37/G-38, Oasis Village, No. 2, Jln PJU 1A/7A, Oasis Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor    

Please note, dinner pickups will have to be made from our sister café, Will You Café, located in the same building as Lucky Garden, details below: 

DINNER PICKUP TIME: 4pm-6pm 
DINNER PICKUP LOCATION:  G-20, Oasis Village, No. 2, Jln PJU 1A/7A, Oasis Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor    

Any additional orders that are requested after cut-off time are subject to availability of product and will be charged additional administrative charges to process your order. Orders that are processed after cut off time may be charged additional delivery charges. Please check with our Customer Service Personnel for actual charges before confirming your order.             

Reward Points    
Reward Points do not expire and will only be given to registered store users. If you do not have an account, you can easily sign up for one on your own or contact our Customer Service personnel to assist you.  Points are manually credited to your account during our normal support hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Sunday. Please also allow 30-minutes lead time during working hours to process your purchase of points bundle packs before you are able to use them to buy items. If you have purchased a points pack, and they have not been credited to your account after the said times, please message our customer service on our website.    

Reward Points can only be used to purchase meals and products from the Mealtime Delivery Option and cannot be used to purchase more point bundles or Meal Subscription packages. Products can only be either redeemed by points or paid by cash/credit card/FPX/eWallet payment. Purchase of products by a mixed payment is not allowed. Any products received as a result of Reward Points redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable points redeemed for such product (not cash or credit).    

If a User does not utilize the rewards points that have been credited to their account, and closes their store account, the User forfeits all such Points.    

Products on webstore can either be redeemed with points or purchased by cash (bank in slip/credit card/FPX/eWallet payment). Purchase of products by a mixed payment is not allowed. If your rewards points are not enough to redeem the full amount of your order, you will need to either top up by buying a points bundle or pay for your meals using any other payment method.   

Points can be earned by purchasing any product with a cash transaction (bank in slip/credit card/FPX/eWallet payment). Any products purchased as a result of Reward Points redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable points redeemed for such product (not cash or credit).    

To use points to redeem meals, simply add the products to your cart and click the continue to checkout button. You will be prompted to Sign in or create an account if you have not yet done so, and then prompted to choose your delivery date and time. Finally on the payment details section click on the “Use Reward Points” option to have the value of your meals deducted from your rewards points balance.     

When using rewards point to check out, do note that reward points will only redeem the value of your meals, and not shipping fee.  You will not receive reward points when you purchase a meal by points redemption. You can always check your Reward Points balance in your account page. Your account page also lists the redemption history and displays the dates your points were earned and used.    

Crave It Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update the points required to redeem products individually at any time.       

Payments    
All products purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Direct Bank Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, TouchNGO eWallet, Grab Pay, Boost Pay and FPX.    

Card Payments (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. eWallet Payments (TouchNGO, Grab Pay or Boost Pay) are subject to authorization by your eWallet Platform. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.       

As a private business, it is the right of the restaurant to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Return & Refund Policy we, unfortunately, will not be able to conduct future business with the customer so that we may continue to provide excellent and quality food and service for you and our other wonderful and frequent patrons.    

Please note: we strive to prepare and package our food items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.
