How can I pass the tiffin before the first day/How does the tiffin return system work/How do I return the tiffin if living in condo?

When you choose tiffin option we provide the tiffin, you will just need to wash and exchange it with the rider during the next delivery or if you are not in/living in condo, please leave it at the table for our rider to collect when they drop off your next meal. If it is your last day, the meals be in a disposable packaging.

Difference between door service & delivery?

Delivery is our standard drop off at lobby or security area on the ground floor. Door to door service will have our rider send the meal up to your floor to your doorstep
